If you are not satisfied with BetterFasting Pro for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@betterfasting.app with the subject line Refund request and include the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After 30 days
Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@betterfasting.app and we will do our best to help.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. If you purchased through Paddle’s checkout, you may also contact Paddle support directly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
